 BEST LAWYER

AARON MORRIS and MORRIS & STONE, LLP:

Our own Aaron Morris is well known in the Orange County legal community, and his firm has an amazing success record.  His well publicized victory over Bank of America and its legions of attorneys for improper banking activities is just one recent example.  He routinely takes on Internet spammers, so thanks to Morris and his firm your inbox is a little less filled with spam.  But the primary emphasis of his practice and Morris & Stone is still representing individuals and small businesses, usually at a fraction of the cost of other firms.  Go to his firm's philosophy page to see how they do it.  You can reach Morris & Stone at (714) 954-0700.  For his success record, honesty, and a constant eye on his clients' bottom line, Tustin Magazine names Aaron Morris Best Lawyer In and Around Orange County.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE OF AARON P. MORRIS:

Aaron P. Morris has extensive experience in virtually all phases of civil litigation in both California and Federal Courts, including numerous bench and jury trials, arbitrations and mediations.  Additionally, Morris has handled numerous appeals, arguing before both the Ninth Circuit and California appellate courts. The majority of his practice involves business litigation, employment law, first amendment law, discrimination claims, breach of contract and defamation suits at Orange County Superior Court.  He also has considerable experience with real estate disputes and construction defect litigation.  He is recognized worldwide as an expert on intellectual property and Internet defamation issues arising from Internet websites.  He is currently representing clients from such far flung locales as Bangladesh, Guernsey, India and China.  He has worked as an adjunct professor at both Whittier Law School and National University, teaching advanced litigation techniques.  Morris is a writer and lecturer on the subjects of law and law office efficiency, and has been a featured speaker at such functions as the American Bar Association TechShow.  He has appeared on the national television shows "Leeza" and "Frontline."
